Teaching on Empty?
Are You Putting Everyone Else First While Your Own Well-being Comes Last?
Reclaim Your Energy Before Burnout Takes Over!
What if teaching and life could feel different?
If you're a teacher who feels constantly exhausted, overwhelmed and struggling to maintain work-life balance, you're not alone.
After 30 years in education teaching across the globe and serving as a deputy principal I know exactly what it feels like to give everything to your students, staff and community while your own health, well-being and happiness take a backseat.
I've been where you are. I've experienced that crushing feeling of burnout that comes from juggling a huge workload and always putting others first.
And I don't want this for you!
Pam R Coaching helps teachers move from burnout and overwhelm to calm, confidence, and sustainable teaching without losing your love for this wonderful job.
Let's talk about what's possible for you.
This is for you if...

You feel constantly exhausted &/or overwhelmed.

Teaching has started to take more than it gives.

You're questioning how long you can keep going like this.

You want support that understands the reality of teaching.

You're ready for calm, clarity, and sustainable change.
Imagine if...

There wasn't the constant worry.

You had the support and tools you actually needed.

You regained your work-life balance.

You felt good enough because you are good enough.

You could enjoy teaching again, without the overwhelming pressure and noise.

After 30 years in education across four countries, I’ve seen teaching from every angle: classroom teacher, team leader, deputy principal, acting principal, and International Baccalaureate PYP coordinator.
I know what it's like in the trenches… and what it looks like from the leadership office.
I also know burnout, the overwhelm, the constant pressure, and the feeling that no matter how hard you work, it’s never quite enough.
Life hasn’t been simple either.
I've navigated marriage, divorce, fertility struggles, failed adoption attempts, living with a genetic disorder, and starting over in new countries.
But along the way, I also built two successful businesses and learned how to create a life that feels sustainable, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Now I help educators do the same.

Everything you need to know
That's exactly what the free 30-minute chat is for. We'll talk through where you're at and whether this program is a good fit. No pressure, no obligation, just an honest conversation.
Nope. Just show up. Maybe have a notebook handy for insights and action steps, but there's no homework or prep required.
We'll work together to find times that suit your schedule. Flexibility is built in.
Absolutely. Many teachers choose to continue with another 6-week round for ongoing support.
That's okay. Sometimes we need space to figure out what we really want. Coaching can help you get clarity on whether it's time to stay, make changes within teaching, or explore something new. Let's talk about it.
Yes, it's completely free. No catch. It's 30 minutes for us to talk honestly about where you're at and whether I can help. If we're a good fit, great. If not, that's okay too. I'm not here to convince you, I'm here to support teachers who are ready.
