I've been there and

I've found my way through!

Hi, I'm Pam.

I've spent 30 years in education across 4 countries on 3 continents from inner-city schools in London to private international schools in Hong Kong, and both private and state schools in Australia and New Zealand. I've been a classroom teacher, Team Leader, Curriculum Leader, Deputy Principal, Acting Principal, and International Baccalaureate PYP Coordinator and Evaluator. I know what it's like in the trenches, and I know what it looks like from the leadership office.

I've experienced burnout firsthand. The overwhelm. The constant worry. The feeling of never being enough, no matter how hard you work.

But here's what else I know:

I've also navigated marriage, divorce, and built a fabulous 20-year relationship with my current partner. I've faced fertility struggles and the heartbreak of failed adoption attempts. I live with a genetic disorder. I've moved countries and started over multiple times. I’ve built two successful businesses a mobile coffee cart and my coaching practice.

I understand that teaching stress doesn't exist in a vacuum. Life is messy. Hard. Unfair sometimes. I've learned how to create a sustainable, fulfilling life alongside teaching not despite it.

I don't just understand teaching stress theoretically. I've lived it. And I've found my way to the other side.

Now I'm here to help you find yours.

My Belief ...

It's never too late to try something new.

You don't have to leave teaching to feel like yourself again.

You don't have to work harder to feel good enough.

You just need the right support, at the right time, from someone who truly gets it.

Let's have a chat, I'd love to hear your story.
